OMG!

OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG! I have just this second finished EVERY single book you have written. I have read all the 'Allys Worlds', all the 'Stella Etc.'... both the 'Sadie Rocks' (can't wait for the next one!!!!), all your 'Indie Kidd's and all of your single novels! THEY ARE ALL FANTASTIC! To me personally, the best was 'Marshmallow Magic And The Wild Rose Rouge', because it was so intriguing. More books please!

Wow of wowy wowness

O.M.G ur books are SO cool I have read every single one except the adult ones (duh!) Anyway... my name is Ivy, yes, just like the little pink princess in Ally's World. But If you think that's a coincidence - my sister is called Ally and her boyfriend is called Alfie, and my best friend is called Lynn and her sister is called Laurel! They all link up to your books! It's fabulous just like i'm living in Ally's World, and Stella Etc. Oh and did I forget Marshmallow Magic?!!!

ITS THE BEST NOT JUST IN THE ALLY'S WORLD SERIES BUT OF ALL THE KAREN McCOMBIE BOOKS I'VE EVER READ (WHICH IS AN AWFUL LOT). I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO PEOPLE! Twists,Turns and 100% Tilda

This book is FAB! I've read the whole series of 'Stella Etc' and it's BRILLIANT (do I sound like Megan?). But I read this book first (it was the only one my pants school library had) and liked it best. I'm sad 'Stella Etc' is finished now, but I've got started on 'Allys World', which is also FAB!

An urgent message of wowness x 2

Can I just say that you are a genius? My friend has some parents (duh!) who have filed for a divorce, and she laughed for the first time in ages when I read her a snippet of "An Urgent Message Of Wowness". The advice that Sylv gave was really helpful (though my friend didn't start stalking her dad on a scooter, partly because her sister owns the only one in her house – a pink, Barbie, tassled, neon, day-glo eye hazard that would get her caught in five seconds. Oh, well...) Thanks!

Sadie really rocks!

I've read the first of the Sadie Rocks books and it is fantastic! I think it is one of the best books you've written but I love Stella Etc. too. I expect that makes you want to reread some of your books and see if you still like them as much as you did when they were published, because you want to change things, but people love things the way they are. Butterflies, Bullies and Bad Bad Habits!

I love all your books, naturally! But this one stood out as something really special! You took a serious subject and managed to portray it perfectly ,giving the cause and solution for that type of bullying! As well as all that, you managed to jam-pack it with the usual 'Ally's World' madness!

My Funny Valentine, Bliss..., Wonderland

I actually like that mini series MORE than the 'Ally's World' etc. Maybe it's because they really made me think about how the characters (Shaunna, Moly and Jude) would react and how they were controlling things (all of Karen's books do, but...).
I really like the way they did things and how it was rounded up and the cool relationships between the three friends.

Sweet-Talking TJ

I just want to say how amazing your book 'Sweet-Talking TJ' is. I'm desperate for 'Meet The Real World, Rachel' but it hasn't come to my local library yet. I've bought Stella Etc 1&2 now. I think you thought it through so well, and Electra is such a funny character! I felt a bit sorry for TJ when Stella went past and said, "Hi Titus" but it served him right, I suppose. Oh, I have so much to say about 'Sweet-talking TJ' 'cause it was so much fun reading, and it's a fantastic book for older readers!

A Guided Tour Of Ally's World

I love 'Allys World' so i was in Waterstones and was like "Oo, i'll buy that!*" (* that meaning 'A Guided Tour Of Ally's World'). it's v. v. groovy and i like the cover, ie i like Spike's art work. u write the coolest books and would be super awsome if you wrote more Ally books for me to buy and very kindly give you money. But if u do, please keep ally the same age! I'm sorta like everyone in the 'ally's world' series! I am cute and adorable like Ivy (well, that may be a little white sorta true lie...) i luv* animals, just like tor does. (*repeat luv- luv! ha. okay , not funny...) I am creative and sometimes ditzy like Rowan, and im neat (but not as neat!) as Linnhe (ha! how do you like me now linn- he!). Her mum (who has the same name as me!!) is a lot like Rowan, so i'll just class her as Rowan. and i cannot imagine being a 40-year-old man who works in a bike shop! And of course - i am most like Ally, and i look like her! But not with the dodge fringe.
